Steel fabrication for construction & industrial projects

Shop fabrication is the next step for Riconstruct—focused on compact steel connections and welded components informed by hands-on shoring and piling experience.

Coming soon: Riconstruct is planning a shop fabrication offering. This page describes intended services, subject to equipment, project specifications and capacity at launch.
Built around field experience

Components that fit the job.

Our background is in the installation environment—shoring, piling and field welding. The planned fabrication offering will focus on practical, drawing-led steel components rather than full-length rakers or walers.

Project fabrication will be reviewed against approved drawings, applicable welding procedures, inspection requirements and available shop capacity.

Planned capabilities

Shop fabrication, focused where it counts

We plan to fabricate manageable steel components and small-to-medium weldments, without advertising full-length shoring assemblies or heavy structural fabrication.

Shoring & piling components

Connection plates, H-pile chairs, T-shaped support connections, welded lugs and stiffeners, fabricated to approved project details.

Custom fabricated steel

Brackets, plates, supports, small assemblies and replacement steel parts within the available shop capacity.

Shop-to-site coordination

A background in mobile welding helps us understand how fabricated components will be fitted and connected on site.

How we approach projects

Drawing-led fabrication

Every fabrication inquiry begins with the project drawing or specification. Material, joint details, inspection and fabrication scope should be confirmed before work begins.

The new shop service will be offered once the workspace, equipment and necessary qualifications are in place.

Information to include

  • Approved drawings and revisions
  • Steel grade, thickness and quantity
  • Weld details and inspection requirements
