Custom steel fabrication for contractors & businesses

Alongside specialized shoring components, Riconstruct plans to take on selected custom steel parts and small-to-medium welded assemblies suited to the new shop.

Coming soon: Riconstruct is planning a shop fabrication offering. This page describes intended services, subject to equipment, project specifications and capacity at launch.
Built around field experience

Components that fit the job.

Our background is in the installation environment—shoring, piling and field welding. The planned fabrication offering will focus on practical, drawing-led steel components rather than full-length rakers or walers.

Project fabrication will be reviewed against approved drawings, applicable welding procedures, inspection requirements and available shop capacity.

Planned capabilities

Custom steel work with a practical scope

We plan to focus on specific, clearly defined fabrication jobs rather than advertise unlimited manufacturing or heavy structural capacity.

Custom brackets & plates

Steel brackets, gussets, tabs, plates and similar shop-prepared components to drawing.

Small welded assemblies

Supports, frames and connection weldments within shop handling and equipment limits.

Replacement & repair components

Selected replacement steel pieces and custom components for contractor or industrial applications.

How we approach projects

From a sketch or drawing to an agreed scope

Bring a drawing, sketch, dimensions or a clear example of the needed part. We can discuss fabrication feasibility, available material, tolerances, finish and delivery requirements.

Where components serve a structural or safety-critical function, appropriate design documentation, procedures and inspection requirements must be established before fabrication.

Information to include

  • Drawings or dimensions
  • Materials, thicknesses and quantities
  • Functional and load-bearing requirements
  • Surface finish, tolerances and schedule
Planned capabilities

Fabrication with field context

The new shop offering will complement—not replace—Riconstruct’s established field welding services.

Construction contractor components

Custom parts and brackets for site applications.

Jobsite-aware preparation

Attention to fit-up, accessibility and the realities of field installation.

Clear scope and capability checks

Jobs are assessed against actual workspace and equipment capacity before acceptance.

Planning ahead

Have drawings for a component?

Send the approved details, quantities, material requirements and timeline. We'll discuss whether the planned shop scope is a fit once fabrication operations are ready.
