Riconstruct provides mobile SMAW (stick) welding for structural beam splicing and related steel connections on construction projects in Toronto, Scarborough and throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Beam splice details vary by project and may call for flange welds, web welds, splice plates or a combination of connections. We follow approved drawings, applicable welding procedures and site requirements. The project engineer is responsible for the connection design and required inspection criteria.

Our experience in shoring and structural field work helps us coordinate access, fit-up, erection sequences and welding alongside other trades.

Can you weld structural beam splices on an active jobsite?

Yes. We provide mobile field welding for approved structural beam splice details on construction sites across Toronto and the GTA, subject to safe access and site requirements.

What details do you need for a beam splice quote?

Send the project location, proposed schedule, approved structural drawings, splice details, steel sizes, weld requirements, access conditions and any inspection requirements.

Do you design the beam splice?

No. The splice design and acceptance requirements must be specified by the project's qualified designer or engineer. Riconstruct performs the welding work to the approved details and applicable project requirements.
